Grocery List (the pantry staples)

The following list includes all the pantry essentials that I keep stocked in order to make easy, healthy, and spontaneous meals.

Having these ingredients make my weekly grocery store/ farmers market runs super simple, becasue you only need to restock meat, fruit/ veggies, and miscelaneous snacks.

Healthy fats and cooking oils:

Avacado oil (chosen foods is my favorite brand)

Coconut oil (also great for oil pulling & adding to coffee)

Ghee

Extra Virgin Olive Oil (for lower heat cooking and baking, + to use in salad dressings, sauces and marinades)

Spices:

high quality sea salt (I recommend Vera Salt)

pepper

*paleo valley makes an amazing spice mix bundle

Extras:

coconut aminos (soy sauce alternative)

apple cider vinegar

balsamic/ other vinegar (for dressings)

honey mustard (for dressings)

Must Haves:

garlic

onion

lemons and limes

eggs

avacado

seasonal produce (quick google search will show you whats in season)

sources of protien (I highly recommend Wild Pastures, an affordable regeneratively farmed meat delivery service)!
