Hi, I’m EVAN WRIGHT
Your Partner In Alignment
Evan is a holistic lifestyle coach and intuitive bodyworker, currently studying naturopathic medicine in San Diego. He graduated from UCSD with a degree in behavioral neuroscience, which greatly informed his understanding of the human psyche, behavioral patterns, and the mind-body relationship. Evan is dedicated to helping people realize their greatest potential through natural principles and holistic wellness.
While finishing his medical degree he has learned multiple physical and mental modalities - including Craniosacral Therapy (CST), Neuro Emotional Technique (NET), Applied Kinesiology (AK), Acceptance Commitment Therapy (ACT), Chek Life Process Alchemy (CLPA), muscle testing and holistic lifestyle coaching - which he combines into his own intuitive process for coaching and healing.
What is Naturopathic Medicine?
Naturopathic medicine is a blend of western and holistic medicine that combines natural, root-cause, and ancient healing traditions with modern medical science. In naturopathic medical school, students receive a deep foundation in biomedical sciences — including biochemistry, anatomy, physiology, pathology, immunology, and infectious disease — as well as training in clinical diagnosis and the standard of care used in conventional medicine.
Alongside this, students study botanical medicine, homeopathy, therapeutic nutrition, physical medicine, mind-body practices, and lifestyle-based approaches to healing. It’s a rigorous 4–5 year medical program that prepares ND’s (naturopathic doctors) not only to be physicians, but healers — equipped with a diverse toolkit and the ability to specialize in the modalities and philosophy each individual feels most called to.
At its core, naturopathic medicine is about recognizing the innate healing intelligence within every person. ND’s work to remove obstacles to cure, address the true root causes of illness, and create the conditions for the body and mind to restore balance. Our goal is to empower individuals on their healing journey and honor the body’s natural capacity to thrive.
